“I found the course extremely insightful and valuable for my personal development. It has given me a much clearer understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a project manager. One of the most important takeaways was learning not only what a project manager should do, but also what they should avoid. I particularly appreciated the additional learning beyond the exam content, as it deepened my understanding."

Overall, the course was good I enjoyed it. The way it was presented, and the content was engaging. Before the course, my mind was fixed to being an engineer throughout my career. The course gave me more insight about future career options. I now understand how project managers coordinate the work we engineers deliver and how our work impacts the overall project and how important it is to be as accurate as possible when giving information to the project manager.

The course has made it much easier to apply Project Management tools and understand and interface with the core Project Management functions and allowed for better communication and stakeholder management through the engineering and project management functions. Through attending the course, I can now use the Scoro software to understand and track project deliverables against the schedule using the gantt chart function. Further, I have started to provide estimates for the time taken to complete tasks.
