Nuclear Induction Course
(1 day)

For people entering or working within the UK nuclear sector, including supply chain employees and career switchers. Covers nuclear industry landscape, regulation, safety culture, project management fundamentals, supply chain dynamics and professional behaviours expected of everyone working in nuclear.

Nuclear & Projects Essentials

A structured 4-day programme combining nuclear induction with core project management skills. Designed for graduates, early careers, new starters and everyone who works in or on a nuclear project.

Project Management for Nuclear (PFQ) Level 4

An accelerated 5-day intensive programme designed for employers who need to rapidly upskill their teams in nuclear project delivery. Earn the Level 4 APM PFQ qualification. Because everything’s a project – and everyone working in a nuclear project needs to understand project management fundamentals.

Nuclear Projects Fundamentals Skills Bootcamps (PFQ) Level 4

Government-funded Skills Bootcamp for career switchers and nuclear employees looking to move into project delivery roles. Covers project management fundamentals, planning, risk, tools, data, sustainability and career preparation training culminating in a Level 4 APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).

Nuclear Project Management Essentials Social Value Programme

A six-week introductory programme for 16-18 year olds, delivered remotely across 15 guided learning hours. Covers project management fundamentals including planning, stakeholder communication, risk and digital tools, using practical activities and real-world scenarios. No formal exams, assessed through group work and a final project presentation.

Working in a Nuclear Project - Choice of 1 Day Course Modules

Fully tutor-led 1- day modules designed and delivered by SQEP Nuclear Project Managers, contextualised around the nuclear industry. Build your own bespoke programme – choose from modules addressing project management; scope vs requirements, risk & issues management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning.

Advanced Manufacturing Skills Bootcamps

Government-funded Skills Bootcamp covering 3D printing, CAD, robotics, IoT, AI and Industry 4.0 technologies directly relevant to nuclear new build, decommissioning and supply chain operations. Free or heavily subsidised for individuals and employers, with hands-on practical sessions and a free 3D printer on completion.
