Andrew Crabtree

Andrew brings a rare combination of professional sport discipline, corporate banking rigour and 15 years of nuclear industry leadership to every programme he delivers. His career has spanned senior programme management, training delivery and executive leadership roles across some of the UK’s most respected nuclear organisations.

He began his career in professional rugby before moving into banking, where he developed the commercial discipline that still underpins his approach to programme delivery today. Over the past 15 years he has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-value nuclear programmes on time and on budget.

Andrew has held senior leadership roles at Babcock International, Ansaldo Nuclear, Nuvia and Sellafield, working across some of the industry’s most significant projects. He combines strategic oversight with hands on delivery, ensuring both the big picture and the fine detail are never lost.

He holds an APM accreditation and is a graduate of the University of Salford. Andrew founded Get Into Nuclear to help the next generation of talent find their way into the industry he has spent his career championing.
