Our team combines hands-on nuclear experience with a passion for practical training. They are the reason our learners leave ready to perform.

Every member of our training team is part of the Sector Experts into Training (SEIT) programme. SEIT is an initiative designed to attract and retain experienced industry professionals to take on teaching, training, assessing, mentoring, and coaching roles in the nuclear sector. This programme is built on knowledge transfer: preserving critical technical knowledge and passing it down from veteran nuclear professionals to new learners and apprentices.
