The Skills Gap Holding Back a Nuclear Nation

The UK’s nuclear ambitions are accelerating but the workforce pipeline is not keeping pace. With 40,000 skilled professionals needed across the sector by 2030, the challenge is not just recruitment. It is readiness. 360 Nuclear Skills Training exists to close that gap, tackling the practical barriers that prevent qualified, motivated sector switchers from entering and advancing in nuclear.

Our Vision

A UK nuclear sector where skills are never the constraint. Where fast pathways, practical support and a clear commitment to social value combine to build a pipeline of qualified, sector-ready professionals, one that keeps pace with the UK's most ambitious energy and defence programmes. No delays. No compromises. No projects scaled back because the right people were not trained in time.

Our Mission

To close the nuclear skills gap by delivering qualified, motivated people into the sector faster than any other route. We deliver practical, employer-aligned training built from real jobs and real regulatory environments, helping individuals from adjacent industries make the transition into nuclear, and giving employers the SQEP-ready talent they need to deliver the UK's nuclear ambitions on time.

Sector First

We're not educators who learned about nuclear. We're sector professionals who build training. That difference shapes everything we do

Challenge Convention

We question everything about how training is delivered and back better approaches with evidence.

Own Every Outcome

Completion, progression and placement are commitments, not metrics.

Safety Runs Through Everything

Safety and regulatory discipline are the lens through which every programme is built.

Built with Industry

Co-developed with major employers and trade bodies, so every pathway reflects the standards, tools and expectations of real roles, not a classroom approximation of them

Force for Good

Solving one of the UK’s most consequential workforce challenges, with measurable social and economic impact.

Meet the Team

The people behind our training and workforce development programmes, bringing decades of nuclear industry expertise into every course we deliver.
